Tight spots from the stress? Nothing, of course, can replace the human touch but I've had one of these Thera Canes for nearly 14 years. They last forever and they're great for my problem spots; hips, upper back and neck and even feet. Slap some body lotion on for the extra massage experience.


Less enjoyable but all the more necessary is the foam roller. Again, great for tight hip flexors and the Iliotibial band, notoriously responsible for knee problems. Doesn't need to be expensive.


Tide yourselves over until your local therapist is back in business with these inexpensive tools.
