PRODUCT REVIEW: Tifosi Navar Sports Sunglasses

I've never seen a reason to pay more than $50 for sunglasses to go running or cycling in. Seems any pair of sunglasses can and do get scratched or break. Replacing them more often rather than hanging onto an old pair of expensive ones seem a much better strategy to me. The Tifosi Navar, at $39.95, is a very affordable choice with everything you need in a pair of sports glasses. Good looking, light weight, good coverage and secure, comfortable fit.

The Navar comes in five different color schemes. I'm wearing the Matte White versions with Smoke Bright Blue Mirror. They were comfortable on both the run and the bike. Although, if you were fussy, you might want to go with something with a little more coverage from the wind on the bike, like my cycling favorites the Tifosi Rail Race. The only other feature you could distinguish between a more expensive brand is that the nose piece is inflexible. It's made of hard plastic that you can't adjust wider or narrower. Personally I still found them comfortable and stable.
