Why triathlon?

"As a lifelong swimmer, I wanted to challenge myself in new ways, which led me to triathlon. This sport not only pushes my physical and mental limits but also provides a structured goal to work towards. Plus, it’s a fun hobby that gives me some much-needed time away from the kids, helping me stay balanced and energized."
