"Shout out to Martin for the endless patience, availability and creativity this year to adapt my training through multiple moves, time zones, lockdowns, random non-covid related injuries, and cancelled races, to get me to a version of race ready for two unplanned 70.3’s in Portugal recently and run PR’s both times
-Jennifer Connet, Podium Age Group 70.3 Finisher
Martin's ability to tailor workouts to each individual is unmatched. He not only has a knack for measuring physical fitness, but also for measuring mental fitness and technical improvement. He sets up weekly workouts based on performance and feedback from previous weeks and in two plus seasons has always been prompt and thorough.
