Increase your triathlon fitness and knowledge at this 3-Day Spring training camp in temperate Santa Barbara, California

This camp is brought to you by passionate triathlon coaches Martin Spierings & Gunnar Roll.

This camp includes:

  • Coaching in all aspects of swim, bike and run with an emphasis on skills and form

  • Individual swim stroke video analysis for each participant and feedback on biking and running form.

  • Two swim sessions (1 x pool, 1 x open water), two bike sessions (1 x skills-based, 1 x long ride) and two run sessions

  • Educational seminars and clinics covering transitions, nutrition, race season planning, medical considerations, and basic bike mechanics (e.g. how to fix a flat!)

  • Opportunities for Q & A with the coaches and networking/socializing with other athletes

  • Post-camp edited swim analysis video and summary of key learnings

  • Thirty years of triathlon race experience with 100+ triathlons on over three continents.

  • Currently coach triathlon squad of 15 Santa Cruz based athletes as well as group workouts for Santa Cruz Triathlon Association.
