This camp is brought to you by passionate triathlon coaches Martin Spierings & Gunnar Roll.

This camp includes:

  • A personal interview before camp to understand your goals and current training and race plans

  • Coaching in all aspects of swim, bike and run with an emphasis on skills and form

  • Individual swim stroke video analysis and feedback on biking and running form.

  • Two swim sessions (1 x pool, 1 x open water), two bike sessions (1 x skills-based, 1 x long ride) and two run sessions

  • Educational seminars covering transitions, nutrition, race season planning, medical considerations, and basic bike mechanics (e.g. how to fix a flat!)

  • Opportunities for Q & A with the coaches and networking/socializing with other athletes

  • Includes two dinners and two lunches.

  • Great physical and mental prep for 70.3 Oceanside!
