Beat people who are fitter than you by learning how to fly through transitions. Bring your bike, bike shoes, helmet and runners along to learn the theory and practice behind the art of transitions. Learn from coach Martin Spierings world age group triathlon championships representative and one of the fastest transitioners in the business. There will be an empty parking lot and bike racks available to practice on. This clinic is FREE for TCMTriSquad members and $25 for non-members. Lock laces, race belts, trislide and other secret weapons for fast transitions will be available for purchase.
