Topics and skills covered:
- Tips for swimming in a wetsuit and cold water.
- How to negotiate entry/exits, surf breaks, buoys and other open water variables.
- Tips and strategies for managing group swimming; drafting, contact, start line positioning.
- Extended swim in Cowell Beach area if desired.
