PERSONAL COACHING
As your coach I act as your personal consultant - to guide your training and help you achieve your endurance goals. After an introductory interview I design a training plan which fits in with your lifestyle and I make continual adjustments to keep pace with your fitness level and changing work/family/travel schedule. I offer technical, nutritional and equipment advice and provide you with tips and tricks to make your next race faster. I'm with you every step of the way.


Advantages
An introductory one-on-one interview in-person, by video conference (Skype) or by phone to evaluate your athletic background, goals and schedule.
•Access to an on-line training diary, shared between you and your coach, to track your progress.
•A weekly email review on how to adapt your training to maximize your results.
•Unlimited email access to answer all you triathlon related questions.
•Technical feedback on videos you upload for me; e.g. swimming technique, bike position, transitions.
•Weekly client initiated phone call (if required).

12-WEEK TRAINING PLAN
For those with a regular schedule training for a specific event. I conduct an introductory interview with you to understand your personal fitness level, strengths, weaknesses and time available to train. I then design a tailored training plan specifically for you. The plan starts 12 weeks out from your chosen event.

Advantages
• A structured training plan to follow leading to your goal event.
• The plan is designed specifically for you, written from scratch by me (not a pre-made plan).

Disadvantages
• Non-adaptable. No on-going dialogue with your coach after the plan is established.
